USER/CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure all product details, descriptions, and sizing information are reviewed thoroughly before completing your purchase.
Retain proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) for your records. If you need us to resend a copy of your purchase confirmation email please email us as soon as possible support@thermura.com. Response time can be up to 6-24 hours.
REFUNDS
If you need to return an item, you have 4 days from the delivery date to request a refund. The item(s) must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached and unbroken.
Returns are subject to approval, and we reserve the right to reject any items that don’t meet these conditions.
To start a return, you must contact us for instructions/return address. Refunds will be processed once the item is returned and inspected, which can take up to 3-4 business days.

I’d like to request a return for an item from my recent order. Below are the details:

Please note: Return shipping costs are your(customer) responsibility, and we do not offer exchanges. We strongly encourage you to review your purchase and size chart carefully before making it.
Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDIT (IF APPLICABLE)
In rare cases of defective or damaged items caused during shipping, we may offer an exchange or store credit. Such cases must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the item.
Quality Assurance
We take great pride in the quality of our products. Our shirts undergo stringent quality control measures to ensure they meet the highest standards. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 4 days of having the package delivered.
Order Modifications and Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it immediately enters production. Unfortunately, this means we cannot modify or cancel orders after confirmation after 6 hours of order placement. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.
Shipping Issues
If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please reach out to our customer service team with your order number and details of the issue. We will investigate and work towards a resolution.
When a package has attempted delivery, and the address is incorrect at the result of the customer, there will be a 25% inventory fee deducted from the return, as we cannot attempt reshipment of the order or process a return in the goods/shipping costs.

While we strive to represent our products accurately, the colors, patterns, and details of the printed items may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. Variations can occur due to factors such as lighting, screen settings, and printing processes. By purchasing from Themura.com, you acknowledge and accept these potential differences.
